Shipping Info
We ship by ‘STANDARD’ delivery.

Standard delivery means: packages sent by post or standard home delivery, right up to the front door. Your order can be tracked via Track & Trace.

If you would like a different delivery option, such as express or insured, please email us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via Dutch Post or DHL.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our studio in Diemen, by appointment: between Mon – Fri.

  1. If you chose to collect directly from the Studio, please await a confirmation email from Ucci that your product is ready for collection, before collecting your order. You will be informed the exact date, time and location of our studio for collection. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours, please contact info@ucci.design
  2. To collect your order, you will need to produce your order confirmation email upon collecting the order from Ucci.
  3. If another person is collecting on your behalf, they will need to show your order confirmation email at point of collection.
  4. If an order is collected by a courier, Ucci cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the item in transit. Please notify info@ucci.design if you plan to arrange your own courier for collection.

International Shipping
All International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS.

All packages are shipped from our studio in Diemen.

Processing
All orders will be processed within 4 business days upon payment approval, excluding weekends and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
DHL or UPS is available for international shipments.  Ucci is not responsible for any further import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package upon entering the destination country, nor for any delays that may occur while passing through customs.

NOT AT HOME?
If nobody is at the address when DHL makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and DHL leaves with the package. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the DHL note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address, time or tell them the package can be left with the neighbours.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

HOW MUCH IS THE FREIGHT CHARGE?

  • We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address, wheight and the size of your package.
  • Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once your package has been delivered to the shipping address location, we cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages.
  • All deliveries must be signed for so you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where somebody is available to sign.
  • We are unable to deliver to domestic or overseas P.O. BOXES.
  • Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries about your order or delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

 

IMPORT DUTY
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties and taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can not tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur. Refusal to pay duties or refusal to accept a package does not mean that the package will be returned safely to Ucci. No refund will be issued and we cannot be held liable.

DELIVERY TIME
As each piece is made to order. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks before delivery. In some instances delivery may be earlier. When your piece is made and ready for shipment, we will contact you about delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and delivery details. Please allow up to 3-14 days for your order to arrive depending on your location. Please note: delivery times (Not production time) are offered as estimates to be used as a guideline only. Ucci cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, busy holiday periods or customer delays.
